Booking Policies for FUFUDA (Bird-themed POD Products) Booking Confirmation All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon successful booking. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service or order can receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service or order will result in a 50% refund. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the service/order will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Customers may reschedule their bookings at no extra cost if requested 48 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a 10% fee. Refund Policy Full refunds are provided for eligible cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service or order. Partial refunds will apply to cancellations within the 48-hour window. Custom-designed products or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in production. Payment Methods We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Full payment is required upon booking to secure your order or service. Late Arrivals Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will result in the booking being marked as a no-show, and no refunds will be provided. Custom Orders Custom orders are subject to specific timeframes for design and approval, which will be communicated after your booking. All custom orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable once the design is approved.
